Port and Agro-Industry Tales project launched again.
The Port and Agro-Industry Tales project jointly devised by the Bahía Blanca Port Consortium, the local Grain Stock and the market research consultancy Proyección Comunicaciones de Marketing was launched again for a second running year.
A total of 46 public and private schools confirmed their assistance to this updated education project, with a total number of 1650 pupils. A number of district schools such as Gral Daniel Cerri, Cabildo and Punta Alta have joined the project this year.
Once more the teachers will be trained by the education expert Andrea Montano, where teaching aids of a great visual impact will be developed. Last April 23rd the teachers that were trained last year opened the symposium. The teachers that have joined the project in 2009 will meet at the Grain Stock facilities on May 20th, 21st and 26th.
We remind you that this teaching experience was reported of municipal interest by the local Town Council and of provincial interest by the Argentine Senate due to “the multidisciplinary and ample covering nature of this proposal”, intended, on the one hand, to cover the deficit in teaching aids in relation with the regional production and, on the other, to encourage vocations related to the interests of our region.
