Facilities will be located on Site 21 of the Ingeniero White Harbor, Bahía Blanca, Buenos Aires Province, Argentine Republic.

This project foresees a dock with a 270 long - 40 m wide platform, placed on a beam and pilot structure, and a mooring space located 50 m southeast the platform.

In the works, railways have been included for future installation of a container crane on the mooring front, and two tracks have also been included at the back of the platform.

Additionally, the dock will have supplementary facilities, namely:

• Potable water.
• Firefighting system.
• Power.
• Lights.
• Laser mooring monitoring system.
• Beacons.

During the construction works, health and safety measures will be taken in order to protect the affected environment.

The total cost of the works is ten million seven hundred and seventy seven thousand pesos ($ 10.777.000,00) plus VAT, and the term is twelve (12) months.

The works shall be carried out by "Lavigne-New Bahía Blanca Dock - JV", and the contract was signed on September 12th, 2001.
